I do NOT believe my tires were rotated!!! I have locks on my lug nuts on my tires. My lock was NOT moved out of my glove box! I had even mentioned it to the service man who took my car when I pulled in. My fiancé is a mechanic and he looked at my tires not to long ago and he said that they have not been rotated! I told him that you all are supposed to to rotate them and I would make sure they were this time. I was told that they were but my key was not moved! !! Then when I was home later that day I get a call from your service department at 4:50pm asking me to make an appointment to have my car serviced!! I WAS JUST THERE!! Now I am worried about my tires even being rotated! I guess since I am a lady they think they can just pull one over on me! Also the strip on the top of my car that is attached by the door to the roof on the drivers side came off during a car wash. I told the service man and he looked at it and said…. “If it does it again bri g it back.” I then said…. “So let it get all tangled up in the next car wash instead of fixing it now.” He said … “Yes, bring it back tangled up since you have a three year warranty.” I was taken back and said okay. My question is, I have the problem NOW, so why not fix it NOW?! I had to buy an air filter for my car which I understood but I was told when buying my car that I had TWO years of free oil change and now they say it was only up 25,000 miles OR two years! I wasn’t saying anything before now but when my sister and I bought our cars together at the same time. We each bought a car that day and was in the finance department signing papers at the same time. They got our information wrong several times! They had my sister’s email on my account and not mine! They have my name down as Kara Jay and TAHT is WRONG! My name is Kara Ray and my sister’s name is Kathy Jay with the Jay, not me! Also our phone numbers were flip flopped! NOT a good way to do business! I really enjoy my car but I feel like things have been done wrong here lately and should be fixed. I was not very happy this trip! Sorry to be so negative when I am a positive person. Sorry…. Have a good day!

As usual, Chuck was a great help and fully explained the reason I had to pay $600 for a head light. Service is never in question at Tuscaloosa Toyota, however the price for a simple light replacement is outrageous because of poor design.

As always, Will greeted me at my car when I drove into the service lane. I was running a little late and he assured me that my time was his time and not to worry about it. I was there for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but he checked my mileage and suggested that I was also due a coolant flush since I had reached 100k miles. I gladly accepted the extra service and appreciate Will always looking out for my best interest. He is always very polite, kind, and makes sure I’m comfortable in the waiting area. Great job Will and all the other Tuscaloosa Toyota team! I am 100% satisfied with every visit!
