I have used Steve almost every time the vehicle has been serviced! I totally trust Steve and he has always been up front, very communicative and taken great care Of my 2008 Highlander!!! I just hope he’s there for my new 2026 Grand Highlander XLE. I know he has to retire someday though! Thanks Steve

Always enjoy coming to Tuscaloosa Toyota the wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was roughly 2 hours . Usually it don’t take that long but they were busy . I still would recommend anyone to buy them there because they are easy to deal with . Thank you

Steve Woods was great to work with. I’ve had 4 vehicles which Steve was my service advisor. I bought Toyota primarily for its quality vehicles and the service department manager Paul Hardin. I wish Toyota would bring back a luxury Avalon like 2008 we currently have.
