Appt time was 8:30, arrived at 8:15. At 9:30 I was paged/ sent notification to come to service desk to get my car. I paid my bill and didn’t see my car anywhere. Service fellow at desk looked around with me and couldn’t find either. After 20 minutes and two technicians searched for it, it was still in the service bay WAITING to be serviced. I was sent a notification with another customers vehicle and what service was done to theirs on video. I had to wait another 30 minutes. Very dissatisfied. All I came in for was an oil change, I could have went anywhere else and not had to deal with this chaos. I was there a total of nearly two hours.

Text messages continue to be sent to my husband's phone eventhough I gave the advisor my number, since I'm the one that brought the Toyota in for service. I would have not known the vehicle was ready to pick up if my husband had not called me at the dealership to let me know it was ready.
