Went in for oil change and safety recall for my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Picked up the car and on the way home noticed the touchscreen or radio does not work. One of the recalls involved the battery cable, so when this was completed it knocked out the display screen. Worked perfectly fine until this work was completed. Now I’ll have to take time from my day on Saturday to bring the car back so y’all can diagnose the issue. All screens and electronics should have been tested before car was picked up

Everything was good until I got down the road and my Maintenance required light came on. I had to turn around and drive back to Toyota. Also, this is the 2nd time I have found grease on my cloth upholstery near my door frame.

Kevin over charged me and didn’t fix my vehicle. I had to take it to an honest mechanic and get it fixed professionally. Kevin is a liar and dishonest. I paid more with Toyota for a so called warranty. I will never be back! Toyota screwed me the last time!
