Since the car has damage that I hadn't noticed before leaving—due to an emergency—I will bring it back tomorrow to have it repaired. The door of the compartment where I keep my documents and insurance papers is damaged and no longer closes. When I handed it over to you, it was in perfect condition.
I had an appointment at 3 but arrived at 2:40 pm. I received a text at 2:43 to check my recommendations from multipoint inspection promptly….recs didn’t come until nearly an hour later at 3:40…I responded by 3:42 and asked for a time estimate. I received no response and went to ask at 4:08pm….the time was too much in my opinion. John did show me that he didn’t receive my text and I showed him where I had sent it.

I had an appt at 10:00am. I left at 1:00pm. All I needed done was oil change and tires rotated. There is no reason it should have taken that long. I wanted them to look at my air because there’s condensation on my back panel which would mean my air hose came unattached 3 times now. They didn’t do anything about it. I’ll be driving to Hickory from now on. Gastonia ****!
My hood was not closed when I picked up my car. The next day my car sounded like it had a muffler issue. When I looked under hood the air filter hose was left loose and also the cover for the air filter was not put back on properly. The cover on the air filter was brokenThis was the worst experience.

I was quoted for one service price and ended up paying for way more than the service quote. I also asked the service writer to let me know if anything changed, that’s price in all, and at least be able to see the bill before a person goes to the cashier. To another point, a person knows they have a good worker but yet slower than others, that’s when you recommend accommodations for the customers, like more time on the labor. It’s up to the customer to choose whom they want to service their vehicle, regardless. But I will say that my car drove home much better than it did coming all the way to this shop. Car was fixed but the price wasn’t the same as expected. Thanks
Josh did a great job and the team did the best they could. I have been going here for a while now and the service is great. I thought the service time today was pretty long though for a tire rotation and alignment I waited just over 3 hours with a scheduled appointment. I do understand stuff happens though I was just kind of surprised with the wait times. Other than that everything was good!

I was very pleased with Kevin today. He offered some maintenance suggestions but didn’t seem pushy or overly aggressive. Very happy with my experience today.
