The routine scheduled service went well, as did the cable recall. Very efficient too.
I was charged for a service that I didn’t ask for (tire rotation) and charged for an oil change, though when I made the appointment on the app, it showed no fee. Thankfully I had my credit card with me or I would have been screwed over. I’ve decided after the service that I’ve experienced these past 2 times, I will not be back. I definitely will tell everyone that I know how badly I’ve been screwed over and I will definitely be consulting an attorney over the charges that I had today that I should not have had.

When I checked in I told the man to not have them look at or worry about my tires because I’m working on getting new ones. They insisted to take them off and cause a hole in a tire that wasn’t leaking air before.

Elijah and the service technician (Fred Cornelius) were fantastic. Elijah walked me through everything that was recommended and ensured my service was done in a timely manner. Fred's videos did a great job explaining all the work that was done to our vehicle and the status of various parts.
