All of the staff from the service desk to the rental office were courteous and friendly. I had an issue with my truck after the first visit. After the recalls were handled, which included replacing the engine I discovered a coolant leak. The staff heard my concerns and rectified my problem even when it wasn’t immediately apparent. The loaner cars were in exceptional condition. Thank again for a great service experience.

I will say that I waited in my vehicle longer for a service representative to check me in than ever before. I realize it was a holiday weekend, and I shouldn’t complain. I guess I just got spoiled to previous experience.
