Devon listened to my problem, saw to it that the issue was assessed and repaired with a few minutes. My loose engine cover was secured at no charge. What I feared was a big problem was resolved. I was delighted. It was a very pleasant experience. I felt like a valued customer.

Kevin was great however, it was a 2 HOUR wait, WITH an appointment for a multipoint inspection, windshield wiper change, and an alignment. Ridiculous!

Tried to push services I had already done there . Didn’t give me actual coupon discount on oil change. My brother and I have purchased 5 vehicles there and Service is a Top priority!

I’ve been going to TOG for awhile now and my experience has been a mixed bag between “needs a lot of improvement” and “excellent.” I’m glad to say that my experience yesterday was excellent. John answered all my questions, and helped me locate my vehicle in the service lot. The changes there are noticeable and in a good way. I’ll continue to make TOG the only place to get service. Realistically I have a lease, so why go anywhere else? Thanks John!
