The service work was very good. Treated very nice at check in. Just over an hour ti b get oil change and Tire Rotation. That suited me fine.

Is extremely professional, listens, friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer. He works really well with the service team and the techs. Toyota of Gastonia really has a great chemistry going on in their service dept. It’s nice to have service at a dealership that you can trust.

The service department of Toyota of Gastonia continues to prove that customer service is not their strong point. They are smart mouthed and ask personal questions that have nothing to do with completing a service.
Came in earlier than my appointment they serviced my car and finished before my appointment time. They were fast and courteous.
I was very pleased with the service I was given Everyone was nice and courteous. When people ask where we take our car, we tell them, only to Toyota. We trust our car with them. We appreciate their work and for A JOB WELL DONE!!!
