Another good job- quick, efficient and respectful of my vehicle- no critical/constructive feedback!
While I understand the efficiency of your electronic system for detailing work recommended for my car, I would have liked to receive some better interaction and information. I never received an estimated timeframe for completion of the work to be performed until I called to inquire about it after waiting over an hour and a half. I find this unacceptable.
I bought my truck new in 2017 from Toyota of Gastonia.It has only been serviced by you.I have always been satisfied with your service.

Neither were addressed
Was told to replace battery and cabin filter, neither was done. Only changed oil and rotated tires. Then was charged for tire rotation and tires were purchased at Toyota of Gastonia. No one could refund my card, just a hand written card for credit. Never have had a bad service there but today left a bad taste ????
Karsen was very helpful, pleasant and professional. He explained the work order for the ideas I wanted done today. Also advised of things that are needed for my car. I plan to have those done later. Thanks to everyone for all their hard work.????
Kevin has to be one of the nicest guys that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He actually listens and that is a blessing. He's very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that I can understand. I sure do appreciate him.

Lengthy wait time for what I had done but, understandable with the amount of vehicles being serviced and not having an appointment
Everything I come in for service, you complete an inspection that wastes time. Yesterday, the visit could have cost me 1100.00 for items that ate needed. My owners Manuel does not state many of the things you recommended are needed. Stop trying to rip people off!!
