Hi- Over the past 25 years of owning Hondas and Toyotas and taking them in for repairs, the way Maverick personally cared for us as clients looking out for our needs and having our best interest at heart, astounded me. This has been the best experience I’ve had working with a service tech. For some reason, Maverick was not at the service shop at the time of pick-up and we were erroneously informed our vehicle was ready due to a mistake in the maintenance department. This mistake caused us to make two separate trips in as we were trying to switch out vehicles. My husband then had to take off work twice. Although frustrated at the time, when I reflect on the whole experience, this mistake is easy to forgive and I would still rate my experience at Toyota Gastonia as a 5-star experience. Hopefully, we can get our Sienna in soon. ???????? Thank you.

The only complaint is about the time spent waiting in the waiting room for my vehicle . It was not very pleasant . It wreaked of strong cigarette smell to the point of my eyes watering / burning . I hope something can be done about the location for smokers to go smoke … if not I may have to opt out of this location for car service .

I always get great service when I come to Toyota of Gastonia even though there is a dealership closer to my house but I rather drive 20 minutes to a place where they treated me nicely when I first received my car.

It should never ever take 2 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. I love having my car serviced at dealership but it’s still my biggest complaint is time
