No one gave me a status report on my vehicle so after 3 hours I went to the service desk and had to ask the status

I was verbally told the broken part would be replaced. Once home I realized the old part had been jury-rigged and replaced. It has failed again after a short time producing the same problem. So, I got the usual treatment given to women at dealerships. Very disappointed since I have been with this dealership for years.
Had to return. Staff was committed to finding and fixing the issue. Little inconvenient. Overall Good service. Staff let me know to return. Good learning experience
