I love my 2022 Rav4. I hope it’s my last car. I’m 71 now and don’t plan to buy another. I love ther service dept. Always friendly and get me in and out in a reasonable time. ????

I was very upset when I got mycar and found a cigarette, but in her floorboard and ashes on her door. We do not smoke! It was not in there before dropping off. Plus, I got a picture of it. Also upset at the video that they had sent me, went in for an oil change, and they had taken all four tires off and did not tell me until they put all four tires back on that I needed a tire rotation. All four tires taken off for no reason, no tire rotation then wanted to charge me for one at the end but told me it was time to check out. handed me the paper and I left. Totally confused. Not happy at all or satisfied with Toyota Of Gastonia.
