Have always had great service in the past. I brought the car for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I left there and the tire pressure light was on. I had to return and ask for proper air in the tires. This is disappointing when that’s what the car was brought in for. The guy who checked me out filled the tires. He was clearly embarrassed and apologized. This doesn’t make me feel confident about the attention given to my vehicle.
They were quick and cheap
Montreko is a good adviser. He makes sure I understand what really needs to be done with my vehicle so I can make an informed decision. Not pushy yet makes sure I can decide very well for my car’s needs.
