I was happy with Heather as she tried to help and then sent the problem onto another employee who indicated my navigation system was repaired and heather walked to my care to insure my satisfaction. The system was still not useable and the GM tried to help. He indicated that I could come back and he would download an update which would require 5 hours and there was not enough time. Everyone tried to help and was very kind. I will be rescheduling again.
Service was scheduled and work was performed in a most timely and efficient manner. Really appreciate that. One note please advise (technician) to have clean hands on interior surfaces such a steering wheel and door otherwise top not service as usual.
