Very friendly service rep. Got me in and out and ordered the parts for my next visit.
I had an appointment at 8:00 and it was 10:20 when I left. All that I had done was an oil change and tire rotation. The last two times I’ve had the service done it has been like this. I feel like since I have the maintenance plan y’all are pushing my vehicle back in line. There’s no way it takes that long to do this service. Really pisses me off !!!!

Montreko Gaddy is a five star employee! He cares and listens to the customer. The technician who worked on my car did not check the air pressure on tires as directed. When I went back in about it, Montreko asked him. With a little edge in his voice, he replied that it needed to reset. I am returning on Saturday for this problem to be resolved and y’all need to give Montreko a raise.
