After service completed it was parked as far away as possible even though service rep knew I had a heavy backpack with my laptop to work during wait. Also, when came to waiting area to discuss fixes needed they didn’t have details of when last done!which I need to know before agreeing.

I am satisfied with the service but when I got home I noticed a little oil dripping from the drain plug. I didn’t lose enough to affect the oil level much but I found that the drain plug was only hand tight. I could loosen it with my hand. I had a 14mm ratchet wrench I was able to snug it down. It seems like an honest mistake and I never leave bad reviews but just wanted to bring it to attention that the drain plug was forgotten to be snugged down. Thanks guys!
