Totally different experience than last week.
Heather tried to tell me my tires were dry rotten even though I just bought the car there two years ago and my daughter drives the car daily. I felt she was trying to pressure me into buying new tires. Even one of the other service techs said no the tires were new in 2022. My checkout experience was worse. The Asian girl was rude. I had a certain amount of free oil changed and I asked if I had gone through them all and she was irritated that I had asked. It will be hard to convince me to come back to Toyota of Gastonia to service my vehicle there again.
Taylor was very helpful and professional, she instilled confidence. She replaced our battery because it was still within warranty.

I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and inspection with a 7:45 appointment. I got a text after one hour to say my 20 point inspection was ready for review. I did not hear another thing for 1 hour and 15 minutes to tell me the car was ready. I never talked to Eddie after the initial check-in. Numerous people who came in 30-45 minutes after me were done before me. Should not be the case for the work being done.
Taylor Lefevers was awesome. Did a great job and was very polite.
Eddie was great! He kept me in the loop every step of the way during my service.

I head a rattle coming from under the truck. Upon further investigation I found that the tech didn’t tighten bolts for a skid plate and one of the bolts is not in at all

Eddie was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good working order and to make sure I was happy. I will only trust my car with him from now on. I have never received such great customer service at any other garage/ repair shop.I appreciate him working so hard to help me with my car. The whole team was polite and courteous. I will Highly recommend Eddie and Toyota of Gastonia!
