A bad situation could have been worse but the mechanic and Karsen worked on a solution that helped me. I appreciate their kind consideration of my unsavory plight today. Their 'treat others the way you want to be treated' response to my tire situation was much appappreciated.
The service engine light was left on. I checked before pulling out of the bay and had someone clear it. Seems like an important step in the maintenance process.

I took my car in for service this was the first service that was not covered by Toyota. First I got a text to buy my car. Then a text to tell me my car was ready when it was not. It took over 2 hours to get an oil change and recall completed. That was an hour longer once I got another text trying to sell me extra service. According to the review I needed a service that should have been completed at 30000 miles. If that the case why was it not offered then? Feel they were trying to over sell me. I will go elsewhere now and I have been a customer over 20 years. Customer service is very important and now I have no trust in dealership. Only want to make more sells.
Taylor is Always great to talk to and helps me with all my questions and makes educated suggestions, and I always take her advice because we both have agreed on so much of my car's care, that I trust what she has to say, and will definitely bring my car to her every time I come!

Mr Odom was very courteous and able to put me at ease. I had a bad experience with a flat tire which caused me some distress. I pulled into the bay with no appointment and he was right there to tell me my tire could be repaired quickly and reinstalled on my car. I drove out hassle free and confident in the service I received.
I came in with no appointment and my service was taken care of but there was issue with my lug and stud one of them got stripped out but the service writer took care of it so I do appreciate that but also I came home and realize there was oil stains all over my truck and I had just finished cleaning it so that did make me upset
