The visit was nearly perfect. The only issue is no one gave me the option to choose if I wanted to have my brake fluid exchanged. I also didn’t receive the inspection video from the tech like I have in the past. The documents at the end reference its existence, but it was never sent to me.

Made an appointment to have car repaired. After eight days, brought car in and left it. Two hours later get a call& you do not have parts. However, the next day I got anothercall saying parts were in. I find that odd. If you can”t get parts in 8 days, how can you get them in less than 24 hrs? Spend two half days and sixty miles over your screw up. Have bought several cars from you, but will not buy another or return for service. Total incompetence.
