I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Toyota of Gastonia. The atmosphere was great with many helpful staff such as Montreko Gaddy. I have worked with him with several services and every time I am more than satisfied. If I have any questions he thoroughly answers them and is very welcoming. He truly makes my experience there so worthwhile. Thank you guys for the great work you to do to keep my car running!

I guess it was an honest mistake as obviously no one would do it on purpose, but what we needed replaced was not and something else was. But they are going to correct that mistake. I hope Heather doesn’t get in trouble for the mistake, but that it can be used as a learning experience.

Your shotgun approach to preventative maintenance needs revision, listing everything that could be tweaked on a vehicle does not inspire the owners confidence in the dealership. It appears to be a recipe for the dealership to profit. A better approach would be to prioritize potential work and communicate with the customer the risk/benefit of each activity. As an example last time I visited the dealership you recommended front end alignment. The car was handling well but I followed your advice. You recommended alignment again this time. Handling and tire wear are fine.
