I took my car for new tires and an alignment several weeks ago. My front suspension had been mailing noise. Today they tell me the redone the alignment. I feel as if it wasn’t done properly the first time and the service department isn’t willing to admit to their wrong. I am not sure if let alone if I would have cause more damage and even still is there damage now that no one is reporting.

Horrible , had to come back because one of the mechanics left the oil drain plug loose !!!!! Lost a substantial amount of oil

I have nothing at this time to really say I love Joshua he was so great and very Pine patient very professional and really helped us to try to get the problem solved with everything seem to be okay the car has a mind of its own and when it goes into see what's going on it's like going to a doctor symptoms all gone how weird but Joshua understood and we understood what he was coming from too something that's just happens and I hope it's the situation not the car becoming a real problem thank you once again.

Heather was great. Using these surveys to rate her performance are outdated and ridiculous. She doesn't control what goes on in the shop and to toe her to that experience is unfair.
