I wanted a close number on time to fix my vehicle. You said hour and 15 min. 2hours instead. Parts were ordered and you never called to let me know when in. I kept calling …. On phone forever each time. Finally they said they had parts in. Not good service.

I had made an online appointment on 09/09/2025 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was not informed that I had a bad tire rim on this day. It was only when I was driving in the the highway and noticed a loud muffler noise. On my second appointment on 09/17/2025 I noted that I was hearing a loud noise when I drove. The mechanic checked and realize my Prius V had a bad tire rim located in the front right tire. But, no one suggested getting this fix. After a bit of back and forth calls with Ms. Heather Zegarzewski, she got the idea that I would like it the "bad tire rim" on my car to be replaced and fix as soon as possible. Considering this is a certified dealership. I do not appreciate having to diagnosing my own car.
