It was my first time there and nobody came and talked to me about my truck. Just sent me a list of things that said needed to be fixed that was 10 times what I came in for. I replied online as asked but expected someone to come talk to me about it, but nothing.

The Technician said he will have to order part and call back to bring my car, but he never did. First of all, I made an appointment due to a letter from Toyota. My understanding is that you should have part already or made sure the part is ready before my appointment date. However, you don’t have it and you wasted half of my day at your location and was told I will be contacted that never happened. It’s such unprofessional service form a Toyota dealership!
