I had a good experience today and would recommend Toyota of Gastonia to family and friends.
I was told I had a nail in my right front tire but when I took my car to Discount Tire to get it fixed they checked the tire and could not find a nail.

I mentioned that the tire sensor had come on while driving to my appt. I was told it would be taken care of with the tire rotation and balance. This morning the light was back on and one of the tires was going flat. Turns out there’s was a hole in the sidewall and the tire needed to be replaced. I’m just glad I didn’t have a blowout on I-85 on my trip home. As it is, I had to miss an appointment this morning to deal with the tire.
The waiting room was busy, but 1 particular salesperson seemed like he was trying g to speak loud enough for everyone in Gastonia to hear. Service team was great. Thanks Kevin
Took toooooo long for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was on time for my 4:00 appointment I didn’t leave till 6:15.

The service was garbage from the time I can in from the time I left. It was like a bunch of kids playing on the playground
Service tech messed up the fuse to my hatch when fixing drivers side tail light. Will not work from the push button inside drivers side, manually on the hatch or both key fobs. I will have to waste time from work Monday to bring it up there and fix. I talked to Heather about this late this afternoon when heading to the golf course. Didn't have time to bring back up there today.
Eddie Odom was my service advisor today. He came out to my car and started about the services I needed. I asked the other gentleman that was with him if they could add air to my tires (which was not added, probably due to Eddie interfering with the conversation) He stated that my car needed an inspection and I asked how much was that, he then kept proceeding that it is $40 and that is how it would be anywhere else but in a very aggressive tone then I asked about the tires being rotated he then proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t get my tires here at Toyota then he would charge me. I told him that the tires on my car are the same tires that was on the car when I started leasing the car, he begin to be argumentative and made me feel completely stupid. When the car was getting oil changed and inspected, I get a video of how I needed to change my air filters and how I needed an alignment. I only have 25000 miles on the car and literally drive to and from work and no where else. I understand trying to up sale but how you go about it is not being aggressive. I have been a loyal customer for 5 plus years and my parents have been loyal customers for 14 plus years. I am not satisfied at all!

They said I needed a brake caliper because the bolt hole was stripped out I think the service person did it because this was the first time my brakes had been changed I don’t think I should have had to pay for one
