I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t receive any info on my vehicle today. I usually receive a video letting me know how my battery tested, how my filters look, brakes, fluids, tires. My appointment was at 4pm today so maybe that makes a difference, I usually have morning appointment.

Set my truck in on Wednesday for a maintenance issue with the hybrid batteries and thermostat. Pick my truck up Thursday morning truck was unlocked overnight on their facility and got to work. I had the same issue same problem same message. Work wasn’t done 100%.

Second to the worse experience ever at this dealer service department, asked for washer fluid to not be filled and tech filled it with garbage. Had to wait another hr for it to be fixed. Secondly asked for the locking lugs to be removed and not to be reinstalled and use the oem lug nuts I supplied and they weren’t. Tech just crammed the package in the glove box with no concern of other items in there

Rear brake pads replaced on previous maintenance. They have squealed every time I back out of driveway. Asked for this to be investigated, no evidence they inspected the brakes and they still squeal when in reverse.

Great day too bring in my vehicle wasn’t busy my service was fast & good.
Although the mechanic was nice and was nice enough to remove a charge, I do not feel the diagnosis was completely accurate. When I had someone else test my vehicle only one code come up, and I find it funny that when the check engine light is off my transmission runs smooth as it ever did. Lastly, 2015 RAV4 has a SEALED transmission, how could a sliver of metal get into it? Just doesn't sound right to me.
