Brought my car there for a appointment and for 8:00 am and sat a waited for two hours before getting my car back that is ridiculous
I had an appointment at 7:30am and had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The man in front of me did not have an appointment and got out before me. Why encourage customers who have purchased a vehicle from your establishment to make appointment for service when there’s absolutely no benefit to the appointment and being a valued customer.
