Why schedule an appointment and then sit for three hours.
Just noticed that they replaced the wrong tire. Front tire (passenger side) was the one that needs to be replace. NOT the rear tire. I just thought that they did on purpose because my spare and original are different. They should've also check which tire that needs to be replaced by checking the PSI pressure which also can be done during maintenance.

I made an appointment for 10:30, and arrived at 10:20. I didn’t leave until 12:50. I was there over two hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Why even make an appointment? I won’t be back for routine maintenance.

On the vehicle report that you print out and give to me there was checked off all of the fluids were filled well. I got home checked my windshield washing fluid and it was nothing in it. I had to go buy a gallon of windshield washing fluid and put in there so I don’t appreciate being told by that report that you filled all the fluids and you didn’t so now I’ve gotta check all of my fluids. I’ve never had that trouble with Toyota before so I don’t know what’s going on with your service help but that’s disappointing to have one say they filled them and find out they did it. I haven’t checked the oil. I’m hoping they really did change my oil

Checkout was awkward. I received the text that servicecwas complete so I went to the service counter. Three older men were sitting behind desks, talking amonst themselves. No one acknowledged me, I patiently waited for 2-3 minutes and finally some made eye contact and asked what I needed. I explained i received the text from technician that the service had been completed and that my car was sitting in the bay completed.A girl ran in from the back and took over apologizing that paperwork had not printed out yet. Clearly dealing with me was not the mens job, but they all work for Toyota and as such should have acknowledges me when I came in, if nothing else but to say someone would be with me shortly. I felt kinda stupid just standing there. Other than that the service experience was delightful ????
They never meet you when you pull in for service you sit and wait then today all I had was an oil change and no 7 point inspection which is unusual
