Karsen was friendly and listened to my concerns about the previous visit that I brought my car in. At the end he actually showed me where my car was parked at out back instead of just pointing and saying “it’s over there” (like they normally do) I appreciate his effort and patience.

The video sent to me my Montreko Gaddy which was taken by the service technician Kevin Trull was a huge improvement over what was done before. This showed the work done by the technician and showed the issues in the engine to be taken care of.

I was notified at the time of my appointment that there was an update for my 2022 Tundra that would take 2 hours. While I was there I decided to proceed with the service so I wouldn’t have to come back. I waited for 3 hours for my service to get completed and that is ridiculous. If you know it was going to take 3 hours then be upfront about it. It would’ve been nice to know prior to arriving that morning!!

Maverick was friendly and professional and asked me about my concerns right away. I was worried that I had damaged a tire earlier in the day as my TPMS light was on. Maverick assured me that they would find the issue and resolve it, which he did. I have always been very pleased with the quality of service I have received from this dealership.
