Your customer-facing side gives the impression that we customers get to make decisions
The actual reality is that the Toyota service policy makes the decisions and we customers are just to accept the un-understandable complexities of these vehicles and let you do what is best for us…
I tried to decline the tire work on my tire service (because we have a separate tire warranty with Monroe Tire in Shelby); but it was done anyway
I asked if the A/c service and the brake fluid was covered under warranty, received a “no” but said to do it anyway; it wasn't done
I left check-in in good faith that my wishes were going to be observed, they were not.
Is this fixable for future service appointments?
