While numerous service managers stood in the office, I had to stand and wait an extended time to check in. And despite having an appointment, my oil change took 1.5 hours. Far too long and what’s the use of having an appointment? Overall worst experience todate with your service department

Eddie helped me when I first called yesterday and Josh took over today. My issue was resolved and fixed in a very timely manner. I was kept informed every step of the way. Mr Gaddy is always friendly and helpful and I don’t ever feel like he’s trying to get over on me being a woman as some has in the past telling me that I need to purchase all kind of things that not really necessary or needed. He always takes care of me and gives me the best advice. He treats me like family.
