Vehicle had grease all over.No paper floor mat-grease on carpet.Grease o n driver door and handle,grease between front and back drivers door,grease on both sides of hood.Mever had this problem before.

One of my tires was at 27psi when i got it back. Have to go by costco and fill it up myself. Not the end of the world but i would have preferred it was done right.
There was a sticker on my car of when service was due. I scheduled an appt for an oil change and didn’t receive an oil change but was not notified that they weren’t doing that service until an hour after I was there and was told my car was done. I wasted an hour of my time for my tires to be rotated and no oil change.
