Joshua did an excellent job. Treated me with respect and was very helpful. Plus I was able to get the brake line recall done and did not add a lot of time while I waited. The service department in all did an excellent job!

Tech did not replace oil filter during oil change. It still had mud spots on it from the last 5000 miles after the service. I should have checked it in the Toyota parking lot and brought it to their attention but it's probably too late now. I will not be using Toyota of Gastonia for any reason from now on.
