3 weeks out i booked my appointment for the very very earliest 7:30. I get to the door and literally am the first one in the shop that day and yet all these other people get done before me… took 2 and half hours for the simplest of things. Why would I ever book an appointment again?
The process was good and the people I dealt with were to. The fact that my cabin filter was dirty and the technician put it VERY carefully back in a manner that keep every loose piece of leaf debris is amazingly ridiculous. It took care and intentional attention to advice that. Pathetic customer care when all they have to do was tap it on a trash can and it would've been clean. My air filter was also fine. That's the 2nd time a TOG tech did this with my cabin filter.

She was excellent. Very good communicator and professional and her friendly attitude made the bill sting a little less ha ha But 6 years and 100k miles it's worth it Love my toyota.
Eddie always gets me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He keeps me informed about any issues I might have with my car and explains things in a way I can understand.

Mr Odom went out of way to keep me informed on the status of my service. He explained what was being done and what I needed to have repaired. Could not have been treated any better. I have always had great service there.
