I never spoke to my service advisor not once today. Upon my arrival I was greeted by another gentlemen who took my mileage and told me to have a seat. Once my service was complete I paid with the cashier who told me to go to the wrong vehicle, then didn’t know where the keys were to my vehicle and I had to ask who John was prior to leaving. Again we never spoke. Overall my vehicle seems to be running smooth and I’m grateful for that.

Grease on driver side floor plate next to door. Grease smudge on passenger arm rest. Associate cleaned it for me.
