Took my new Tundra there twice for its first 2 services. Both times had issues with the same thing! Center caps on my wheels were missing and loose both visits! I like them convenience to visit this dealership and the staff was nice! But… Thanks, Dan
We scheduled an oil change and that was not done while the car was in the service bay. My daughter had to turn around and bring the car back for this service to happen. This was completely un acceptable! When I called to straighten out the situation, I was told they couldn't even find my vehicle in the computer. Again, completely unacceptable!
Service lasted 4 hours instead of the quoted 1 and one half hours. When I picked up the car, the radio was Not working. I returned to the garage to have the radio adjusted.

I was waiting on site and was not notified my car was ready. Had 10:30 appointment. Checked around noon and found my car was ready. This wasn't the first time this happened. I have appreciated dealership services but things like this make those 10 minute oil changes look pretty good.
Only time I recall ever having my car returned to the service area. I have always had to walk out back door & to your back parking lot. Today not having to do that was appreciated and should be standard operating procedure. So… big thanks.

My mobility is limited. This is my third visit there. The first two times I walked on the outside since steps are extra hard. In this visit, Montreko said I could drive my car to the waiting area and someone would pick it up and bring it back. That was so very much appreciated.
