It took almost 2 hours for service to be completed. I was quoted 45 minutes to 1 hour
Always get my car serviced there. But had an appointment for tire rotation and oil change and it took 3.5 hours while I was waiting. Texted advisor and they did not reply except for a results of check over. Seems like they were just spending time trying to find something to sell me. Not what I am used to from you. Live out of town now and can’t really drop it off for all day.
Everything was great. Kevin remembered me from my previous visit which helps with customer experience. He’s a good dude. Give him a pay raise and keep him around.

Heather was great at keeping me updated on the status of my trucks service! She listened when I was explaining the issue and communicated everything from the technician. Excellent service!!
Josh and Scott were absolutely great to work with. I was taking our vehicles to another garage but I honestly think my mind has been changed about who does our maintenance work now.
Hoping I don’t have to make several trips back. Josh didn’t sound to sure of himself this afternoon on the phone about what I wanted done but I will keep my fingers crossed I don’t go through the same pain I did earlier in the year with Devin and Toyota of Gastonia.

I was told something different from the individual whom I spoke with regarding the service required with my RAV4 than what I was told when I came to Toyota of Gastonia. When I arrived at the service center as I had been informed to do, the individuals were polite and concerned but not offering the same service which I had been told would be provided for me when I had spoken with a representative earlier. After having been a customer with Toyota of Gastonia for the past twenty years, I am very disappointed.
I’ve been back three times since purchasing my Rave4 and Kevin has solved all my issues in a timely manner.
Heather was so from start to check out.
