Everything was seamless until it was time for me to check out. I received the text and went to the service counter area were there were several people at each individual podium. I walked in were two men were and no one even said hello can I help you. They looked and went back to doing whatever it was they we doing. So I said to them both I received the text that my car is ready and they tell me I have to go to the cashier. So I looked down the row of people and noticed one sign over a young lady that had cashier above her and she was helping someone so I figured the people next to her were also cashier's but no one said anything to me as if i wasn'teven standingthere. I stood there for a few and a woman walks in right behind me and walks right up and got helped as soon as she walked in by one of the ladies i was standing in front of. And I was completely shocked. So I noticed a male person along the line of people there and he goes I saw that. In my mind I was like if you saw it why didn't you say anything to me.to help to begin with. But as I walked to his podium the lady beside the lady who helped the other customer decided to then chime in as she was also one of the people who didn't acknowledge me when I walked down by the cashier after the other two guys told me to go there. She decided to take may payment literally back over where one of the guys who told me to go down to the cashier. Which didn't make any sense. If payments could be taken where I initially walked in at,then why couldn't one of the guys have taken my payment then. So I basically went down by the cashier to be ignored then helped be I spoke up and ended up paying where I initially started when I walked in. All of this could have been avoided had one of the first two guys just taken my payment right then s8nce their podium had that capability. I don't come to this location often. I've only been there three times and never had this issue the first two times. The set up isn't clear. You have one sign over a person but you have several people behind a podium. No clear instructions on where to be exactly to pay.the other locations I go to for Toyota has an entire area for their cashiers that is completely separate from the service reps. It may be a good idea for you to put that in place so nothing like that won't happen in the future.

I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. If very few technicians are there to work, scheduling should not be so packed. April never touched base with me after an hour to let me know what was going on. I think if a customer has to wait a very long time the service people should touch base and let the customer know why they are sitting there for a long time. I have been using Toyota of Gastonia, but this seems to be a chronic problem.

Sent in comments but don't think they were received. Made appt 2 days prior for state inspection. After 1 hour, went to counter and asked how much longer the wait. Was told brake replacement was needed and that was causing the delay. After questioning minimum requirement, brakes would pass.Proceeded to check out, but was given someone's bill. Not the best visit we have had in over 25 years of visiting Toyota.

Never actually spoke to my service advisor. Wasn’t informed of anything extra. Never received any updates on my vehicle. Overall just not a good experience.

After receiving a video message from the shop letting me know "everything looked good", I was not at all not sure if my car was completed or there was work to be done. I correctly assumed they were working on my vehicle.

John called me all through the process to let me know what parts were needed to be replaced and let me know the price of the parts before they replaced them.John was very courteous and professional.
