I dropped my vehicle off on Friday the 7th for 25000 check and new wipers. I came back on Saturday the 8th to pick up my car and no one could find my vehicle. Once it was finally located, the job had not been done. No one had touched my car. They got it in immediately and I assume did the work on it. The technician left the old wiper on top of the new wiper, so when I turned the wiper on, the old wiper flew up onto the windshield and I had to reach out the drivers windows to retrieve it. I would think that since my service was so grossly delayed, that I would have received the wipers at no cost, but I guess I would be wrong, as I was charged for them.
Always a great experience at the Toyota of Gastonia service department.
I brought my car in without an appointment and Karsen got me in and out within an hour and took care of the problem I created. Very happy with the service provided by Karsen and the tech that fixed my issue. Only charged me less than half of what I was quoted at check-in.

John was friendly and helpful in how long it would take since I was waiting there. I was very pleased as I always am with Gastonia Toyota.
After my 20k service, several bolts on my truck’s skid plate were cross threaded and it was left only partially secured. I hope they aren’t stripped next time around. I had to return home before heading to work and pull out my sockets and secure the skid plate myself. That’s when I found out about the bolts. My tires weren’t rotated either. Other than that, everything was good I suppose.

The service was absolutely disappointing. No one in the service department has any accountability and everything is a huge joke.
I was very happy with Maverick but the fact the your dealership doesn’t offer a loaner while a recall is being repaired is absolutely ridiculous!!
With an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it took 11/2 hours plus i tried to call and ckeck on the status for my car, I was put on hold for 20 mins and finally hung up not talking to anyone only to receive a text that my car was ready. Additionaly suggested additional services suggested was the need for new wipers which I replaced 2 weeks ago with rainex silocone blades (did they even look at the blades?) Also suggested fuek system cleaner, but I use sea foam quarterly to clean my system. And one other point my career has been retail management for well over fifty years with the last 20 plus year in a management with a major retail auto parts company, so I do have alittle automative knowledge. Lastely, as I paid my bill as they showed me where my car was parked, the only statement made to my was, you will be receiving a svrvey and I would appreciate 4 STARS. As L was leaving I continually ask myself way do I come back? I rarely reply to service survey but this is not the first time at your company thus this occured, check out my history. Good luck
