If Josh was the one that checked me in, he wss great. The service was terrible after that. I sat for 2 hours and finally had to check if my vehicle was done. The paperwork wss there and no one called my name. The person that was in charge had left for the night. Then I was missing the lugs that are for my rims. I went in and asked about them. I took a picture because I needed to show my husband. He went in the back, came back out and said it was in the bag the whole time. I looked at the tool, took another picture and realized that was not the correct tool. We walked out to my car , looked around and the tool was in my car door under a towel. I understand that things happen , customers are forgotten, but there is no reason to lie. I really don't want to come back again. The whole experience was terrible!!!

KC is my new go to for my service. Since Jim left I have not been able to have that one person who is consistent and I felt had my best interest at heart and this filling was renewed with KC and I look forward to continuing my service with him. I was there from 0730 until 11 AM, Just to get an oil change and tire rotation. Also, when I arrived at home ,I discovered a 1 & 1/2 inch piece broken from my right rear hubcap.
I will only use Montreko he has always been 100% truthful and upfront and always looks out for my best interest
The worst visit ever to Toyota of Gastonia, just checking for 25k nothing change just fuel system took 2 hours so I think that will be my last visit for that branch.

I sent two messages while my car was getting serviced that went unanswered. Two hours is a long time to wait on an oil change and tire rotation.

It took 1.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I strongly suggest you hire some mechanics.
KC and the other service department staff members continue to provide quality, timely and service. I live about halfway between 2 Toyota Dealerships in South Charlotte yet I drive to Toyota of Gastonia because of the professional and friendly staff at Mazda of Gastonia (my wife recently purchased a 2025 Mazda) and Toyota of Gastonia. Getting repeat customers is less expensive and better than looking for new customers.
