Service and location was awesome. However, if it rains, I won't be able to go to the waiting area because the handicap ramp is exposed to the weather and an electric wheelchair can't get wet. Would you consider enclosing it?
I waited over 2 hours just to get an oil change. Totally unacceptable.

I went to Toyota of Gastonia for an oil change and tire rotation when I left my tire light was still on. I was very disappointed my tires were not inflated.
