Heather and KC were phenomenal in assisting me this morning after I did not have a pleasant interaction with April. The entire team including the director provided a contact via phone call to inquire about my experience as well. I value how the service advisors assisted me when I was not being serviced by my own service advisor.
It may have had something to do with the time of year & staff availability but over 2 hrs for an oil change was in my opinion quite a bit longer than it usually takes
Had an appointment and waited like 15 minutes without anyone speaking. Finally, it was supposed to be my turn and I had to tell them that I was next because they were getting ready to help a person that drove in 5 to 10 minutes after me. I did ask and was told about when I needed to do my first maintenance. I then had to ask where to go to the waiting room. When my name was called and I again had to ask where to go. When I walked in to check out again no one spoke at first and finally someone asked if I had just been called and I replied yes and he didn’t ask my name or use it, but just said go to cashier, again I had to see exactly where that was and when I went to check out the guy just said sign in these two places and I told him there wasn’t supposed to be a charge and he said there wouldn’t be. I signed and he was nice enough to take me out to show me where my car was parked. Not even a thank you.
Came in for oil change for my tundra, the oil od was not reset by the tech no paper floor mat from working on the truck interior smelled like oil

Waited 10 minutes in service lane to get checked in. Took too long to service the vehicle for what I requested. And lastly , which is partly my fault , I was told I needed a cabin and engine filter only to realize later that they were just replaced by your dept in March
I'm pleased with the service they did on my car. I was promptly greeted and work was completed within the timeframe.

I told him that I only brought vehicle to Toyota because tire repair would be free due to road hazard benefit. He never informed me the road hazard had expired or I would have gone elsewhere because of the second key fact he ignored. I also said I needed to be at the airport in Charlotte so I was in a hurry. No one even called that vehicle was done and I had gone down to tell them to forget it. I had to fly to get to airport and made it with TWO MINUTES to spare!
