I made an appointment almost two weeks ago and when I called this morning to see if I could push it up I was told that they never actually made the appointment. Very frustrating. Also, wanting to charge me $67 for a cabin air filter for something I can buy on Amazon is highway robbery. Not impressed with those two things.

It took over 2 1/2 hours which is ridiculous considering I had an appointment. Also there was black dirt (grease?) on the passenger seat that was not there when I came. Other than that, all was good.

Heather was very friendly and eager to answer any questions asked and when I apologized for asking so many questions she said , no apology needed. She said if you have any other questions feel free to call me. Everyone at Toyota of Gastonia have always been so friendly and so helpful. I am so glad I chose to purchase my RAV4 here at Toyota of Gastonia. Thanks for everything.

John was great and professional. He was not the problem at all. My issue of that I was told it was going to be a $25 rotation. Then all of a sudden my bill was $273. And then when I came to pay, I was charged $293 and we had to cancel and redo the transaction so many times praying my account does not go into overdraft for that. How do you overcharge by so much?!

Sat in a waiting room 3 hours while my truck was torn down and never even got a notice of what they were doing to it, but my guess something wasn’t right with the work preformed the week prior. Very unsatisfactory to me.

After service I noted grease prints on the driver door, and the bottom skid plate is hanging/ dragging on the asphalt as I drive. I need to take the car back in to have it fixed. I asked questions about pricing and I got no answers. Just pay up and leave is how I was treated.

Have always had great service with TOG. I'll bring in my new/used 4Runner in for a courtesy check soon to begin a service record on it. I appreciate the service manager at TOG as well. The whole team is always helpful!

My chrome plate on the radio power button was removed, and the air filter holder under the hood is missing because it was not replaced by the technician. How do you make that many mistakes on a simple oil change?

Heather and KC were phenomenal in assisting me this morning after I did not have a pleasant interaction with April. The entire team including the director provided a contact via phone call to inquire about my experience as well. I value how the service advisors assisted me when I was not being serviced by my own service advisor.

It may have had something to do with the time of year & staff availability but over 2 hrs for an oil change was in my opinion quite a bit longer than it usually takes
