Don't remember the 60,000 tune up every required to me, but it was past due. That was brought to my attention. Next time it will happen. If I can request the same tech to do the service, I will request Kevin to complete the service if possible.
Eddie was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly from the time I made the appointment until I drove off after the service was complete. He makes sure a customer understands everything. He takes the time to listen. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 the best, I would give him a 100.
