Came in with 2 issues along with 20k service. One I was told didn’t have a solution to the constant loss of blue tooth connection to my phone and the other they forgot to write down to address. Then was brought to my truck outside in the cold when Karsen gave a half assed idea how to fix the rattling noise from my speaker.

The only issue that occurred was not Maverick’s fault, and he has already set it up to get that rectified. This is a carryover problem from when I purchased the vehicle that he has tried to navigate well. Everything that Maverick himself was responsible for I’m very happy with.

Multiple visits here in 4+ months of trying to get my brakes to stop squealing and how to repair them and this visit was told my calipers seized up and my truck was undriveable. The only reason I brought my truck here this time was because I was told it was front brakes which were under warranty because of “lifetime brakes”. If I had known now it was rear brakes and the unfortunate events that followed I wouldn’t have ever brought my truck there. Terrible experience. Enormously costly. Zero stars. Won’t recommend
