This was the best service that I've had with a car dealership for service, Kevin explained everything when we got there what they would be doing to find the issues with our vehicle. Before returning our vehicle,he explained what was done to our Grand Highlander Hybrid, Kevin came out to the waiting room to get us and walk us back to the car when it was ready to go.

I was wondering what the labor breakdown was. I see 100.00 and then 24.95 but on the totals it said 274.90 there is 150.00 labor charge I don't see. Please explain. Thank you! Also my email address here is wrong. It is thanks!
