Called and was given an estimate which I was satisfied with so I dropped the truck off and the next day I was told that estimate was wrong and the price went up over 200%. Very disappointing. I love my Toyota but I could have saved my time if I would have got the correct estimate. Wasted my valuable time.
There were 3 recommended services that no one mentioned, including cabin filter, need for an alignment and my battery needs to be replaced. Had I know that I would have had that work done. Instead now I need to return.
The 25k service wasn't completed as scheduled

I’m not sure who is working in the service bay area, but they are very unorganized, & don’t communicate very well with each other!
When the maintenance is finished they need to come into the waiting area & tell me what services they did, & if there are any issues tell me in person what they are.
I sat for a good 30 minutes longer than I should have because no one came out to tell me they were done.

1- Poor communication
1a-6.5 Hours of our Saturday wasted
2-Problem not fixed after it cost me over $1800
3-No quality control
4-I am with out my truck because the problem was not correctly diagnosed
5-No telling how much it will cost me to fix the problem now.
My time is valuable I don’t need to waste a hour waiting on a multi point inspection for you to look for ways to sell me something on a 2026 Tundra’s very first service. I even asked when checking in not to have that done yet I was there an hour and 20 minutes for a tire rotation.

Maybe I’m old-school, but I remember when they used to come and talk to you in person and tell you what was wrong with your car and explain to you what that part of your car did and why it was important to make those repairs. When I just get a text message with a link to a video that doesn’t play in a picture of something I can’t understand or identify and you tell me it’s gonna be several hundred dollars to fix this thing that I don’t understand, I don’t think that’s good customer service. Maybe it’s right for some people but not for me. I like being spoken to in person like I’m an intelligent human being and if I have valid questions, I can ask them without having to call and hold for a long time to get someone on the phone to explain it to Me.
