2+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The service person handling my vehicle was very rude and obnoxious. I will not be returning to Toyota of Gastonia in the future.
i may need to bring my 4runner back. i had my air filter replaced and i noticed that now when i turn my fan on high, whether it be AC or not, there is a knocking sound coming from somewhere near the fan. the higher i turn the fan the louder it is. there was no knocking sound before having the filter replaced. i was going to give it a day to see if it stops. can i bring it back to get that checked out?

When I was there no one talked to me what was done or want needed done. While I sat in the waiting room they called me to the counter and told me how much $$&&. And they gave me my keys and I paid and thinking that it was fixed.
Later I got a txt telling me what was needed to be done.
So after waiting and paying $ 250. For what????
If I had taken it to any other shop, They would have came up to me and told me what needed done and ask if I wanted them to do.
You guys didn’t even bring my truck back to the drive through. I had to walk around to find it.
I use to like to bring my truck or car to you guys. I guess I need to find another place to go.

I could not be more satisfied with his performance. He kept me informed and updated on my car. However I would recommend every one in Toyota of Gastonia Service. They are the very best. I have lived from the Coast of NC to the Mountains. I think this gives me experience to give them the highest Service Department.
As always you guys are professional, thorough, and very courteous. We will always use your service depot for things I don't do myself.
Took their time to make sure I was receiving the service I needed and answered my questions and concerns. My car is driving better.
