My wheel almost came off my sequoia driving out of dealership on to hwy. Had to turn around quickly to go back and didn’t think I was going to make it back. Also tires had low air pressure and needed air. Spent 1600.00 and got bad services

My first issue is the oil that was to be changed about 1 inch above the high mark on the dip stick and the oil is still dirty. I'm bringing a sample of the oil to show you proof. John P

Tires had a balance issue. Tires were rotated and balanced along with some other work. Completely satisfied. 4Runner rides so much better. Thanks for job well done.

2 items I asked to be addressed when I arrived were not…so I had to get the maintenance light turned off & the wheel trim plug taken care of after the service was supposed to be completed. He stopped talking to me at check in & started talking to the guy that was cleaning the floor. Just left me standing there. This was not how I’m accustomed to being treated at this dealership. The guy I dealt with last time was awesome. This one needs a little more PR training! The Service manager Kim made it right!

I did call my service guy and asked him why the amount seemed off and he wasn’t sure because you have a new system in place.I question the amount that was around $85 dollars because I know an oil change is around $65. I found out the oil change had gone up plus taxes so no problem all good. You guys did an excellent job. Thank you for great service!!!

toyota of gastonia is pushing many maintenance activities that are not needed. Your recommendation for over $1000 in maintenance is taking advantage of customers whose knowledge of automobiles is not strong. You are gaming your customers and I find this very offensive
