When I first got there this morning service advisor told me appointments only. I do feel that Kim overrode that statement. Thanks Kim. Other than that and the service tech forgot to clear out the service warning, all else went well. I might add, that was the 2nd time that has happened recently. And also over the years I always check to see if they checked the oil level (this is service between oil changes) and many times I have had to go back inside and let them know level was low. The techs really should make sure that they do check what is supposed to be checked. I have learned over time to check it myself. Majority of customers just assume that everything is good to go.

I had to come back because of noise coming from air. They said leaves had fallen in it. Air is now still making a weird noise so I am having to find time to come back again! There was nothing wrong before bringing it in for the routine oil change.
They were busy and stayed polite. Good job!

Took 3 hours to get a basic oil change.
Only service and repair car at Toyota of Gastonia. Mr Odom was very helpful.
The customer service was great, but my check engine light is back on less than 24hrs later. So I am a little frustrated with the outcome.
Car brought in for a break replacement. Had a few recalls, I did not l or about. My gas line was replaced and had major problems for two weeks. Gas leaked out twice, had to have a restoration company to get the gas smell out.
I was not upset with the technician, anyone can make a
mistake and own up to it.
The personnel I was upset with was your at loaner personnel who appeared to be help me get a loaner and your Assistant Service Manager who informed me to go to Enterprise and rent s vehicle. He told me all I had to do was put a $50 deposit on the car and they w/o give it back. Also, I paid $22.19 per day for extra insurance, so I could walk away. I informed the management. I should be refunded. If the problep with my car had not happened I would not have been out of my money.
Now back to the person who could/would not help me. I did not have my insurance policy number and she had no clue what to do.
I went a k to Eddie and he looked up my insurance home office and I got someone gnat did not speak English. Needless to say that did not go well.
Finally Marcel was able to help me three days later with a loa Dr. I am not sure why this couldn’t happen on the beginning,
Finally after about 10 days, I got my car back smelling good with a $200 credit. My time and energy was exhausted .
Everyone thought I should have gotten a new car, but that was a bit.
I will be back because of Larry Anderson my sales person, Helen, not sure of her name and Marcel.
