Heather was extremely helpful and kept me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle the whole time I was there. Appreciate all that she did to help get my truck taken care of as quickly as she did.
Unsure how 2 hours of labor equates to almost $500. Was intially quoted just under $700 for the fix and walk out with a $1,200 plus bill. Won’t be back.
I think the service men need to advise you of the cost of any extra work needed on the vehicle when you first arrrive. Also you need to update the process of updating when you want to make an appointment. Thank you for asking for comments.
My service advisor was very very rude and I will not have him as a service advisor ever again all because I declined additional services that needed to be done on my car. I would like a supervisor to call me for further comments about my service ****-****-xxxx thank you

I was told when I brought my leased vehicle in for maintenance that I needed new tires that all 4 of them were worn down to nothing just in the center of the tire. He offered me a new set of the same tires for $1,400. I asked for the specs on the Michelin tires at checkout and the guy said they were 60,000 mile tires……. I have 31,000 miles on my car. He was as surprised as I was. The only reason he could give me was that maybe there was too much air in the tires…. I have always came to Toyota for service and have never put air in my tires. Toyota needs to reach out to the Michelin rep and figure out what the problem is. After I get home I realized that after they did the rotation on my tires they put the worst of the 4 tires on the front of my car??
