Have been bringing my cars there for a number of years. Came in todsy for inspection....scheduled a 1:00 appointment last Thursday. Got there 10 minutes early, but for some reason my inspection took over two hours. Going out of town tomorrow and had many errands to run. Not happy. Not happy at all.

He was very nice but there was no communication until I reached out after being there for over 3 hours. He told me that the mechanic said one of the belts was frayed but couldn't tell me which one which has left me wondering why they did not recommend it be replaced if that was the case. I had just had my serpentine belt replaced at Firestone while I was getting tires just before the snowstorm( which is why I let Firestone do it) and he tried to tell me that it was not replaced. He had me open the hood to look at it and then changed the subject. This is the first time I have left the service department with a bad taste in my mouth. I trust most of the service advisors but would prefer not to work with him again. He gave me and excuse the way I am going to say this but he gave me greasy car salesman vibes. I came to have a sound checked out on my car and I had an appointment for noon and did not leave until after 4 with little to no communication. I don't need to be contacted, he just needs to be honest and make sure he communicates in a timely manner.
